My Sora drawing is finally done!
This drawing is the biggest piece I’ve ever done, coming in at 24×18 inches. I started it in mid July and now that we’re coming close to September I have this drawing clocked in at over 120 hours of work.This is all done with graphite aside from the eyes which were done with blue colored pencils. This drawing has many different textures including skin, leather, sequenced leather, wrinkled leather, fur, hair, metal, rope, wood, cotton, and chrome! I’ve never drawn a lot of these textures before this project.
Sora is from a video game series called “Kingdom Hearts”. This specific look of Sora is from the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 3 coming early next year. Kingdom Hearts was part of my later childhood so I’m really excited to return to it and redraw a character that I used to draw all the time when I was a kid.
I’m so glad to finally be finished with this so I can relax!!

It is inspired by Mucha’s series of the same name 😀 Glad I finally got to give my queens a fancy art treatment 8)
