So thanks to Japanese fans I found out that the kimonos used in the Kaguya PV were created by designer MIYUKI TANIGAWA. What’s more is that at least some of them come from the Sakuran collection. In case you don’t know Sakuran was a 2006 film starring Anna Tsuchiya. The film was about Oiran which is basically high-ranking prostitutes. So all of the kimonos in the film were created by this very designer. OH. Yes.
