*This is not actually from today, but I like Zawachin a lot and haven’t seen this around so I decided to put this up.

Ozawa Kaori, a make-up artist well known in Japan as for her “imitation make-up” surprised Arashi fans this Christmas with her series of “Arashi imitation make-up” that stirred up the fandom quite a fair bit. Ozawa, who goes by the nickname Zawachin, is best known previously for her likeness to graduated AKB48 member Itano Tomomi and K-Pop Group KARA member Goo Hara.

Zawachin released the series of Arashi imitation pictures one a day over a few days, garnering much attention from fans who commented on how much she looked like the real deal. (Apart from Sakurai Sho’s nails. But hey, how often do you get to see Sho-kun with cute red sparkly nails?)

Her make-up skills have earned her the title of “一人嵐” (One-Man Arashi) while she dubbed her own series “Zawarashi”. The make-up artist has actually previous appeared on Sakurai Sho’s TV show “Ima, Kono Kao ga Sugoi!” to give makeovers to comedians. Zawachin will release her first book titled “Zawachin Make Magic” on January 18, 2014. (1575 yen)
