Little secret I’ve been a LIFELONG Final Fantasy series fan and took on a fun personal project to do a portrait for heroines across the Final Fantasy series for its 30th anniversary. ✨  I really hope you like them!!

Celes and Terra from Final Fantasy VI (1994).  When I was young, I always imagined that they were the prettiest girls you would meet.  Today I made Celes a blonde/yellow queen and Terra with that same semi-sad expression she usually has.

(Another) Sara from Final Fantasy III (1990). Her design is super pretty, counters the kinda bland pose, but I wanted to go crazy on the hair and colouring (and I found some of the BEST shades of blue)

Rydia from Final Fantasy IV (1991). Affectionately remembered by some as FF2 once upon a time ago.  I stopped the boring portraits and brought the summon gang in (that’s a good squad to have your back). Also made her tinier and cuter! 💕
I think I found my favourite shades of green~

Maria from Final Fantasy II (1988). She’s got some amazing boobplate armour and curly hair that has all the spirit of the 80s (I actually based the pose on a piece from 80s visionary Patrick Nagel for this one– and I think it totally works).
